Elissi may collect messages you send to our WhatsApp number, voting choices you make through Elissi links, basic delivery metadata from WhatsApp, and any media you choose to send for creative testing. We also keep small technical records needed to operate surveys, prevent duplicate votes, and debug message delivery.
How We Use It
We use this information to send and receive WhatsApp messages, show voting pages, record your selected option, test creative workflows, and improve the Elissi experience. We do not sell personal information.
Service Providers
Elissi uses service providers such as Meta WhatsApp Business Platform, Vercel, and related infrastructure providers to deliver the product. These services process data only as needed to run Elissi features.
Retention
We keep survey responses, message audit records, and test media only for as long as needed to operate, debug, and improve the service, unless a longer period is required for legal or security reasons.
